Terms & Conditions 

PROCESSING TIME

 

Processing time is 2-5 work days and shipping time varies from 3-9 working days depending on your country. Visit our shipping policy page for more information. 

 

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process your order. During this time, we will make sure the transaction was successful and the payment wasn’t fraudulent. Your order will then be packaged with care. You’ll receive a notification by email as soon as your order is processed.

 

SHIPPING TIME 

 

When the processing time is over, your order will be shipped out. You should receive it within 3-9 working days depending on the country. We are not responsible for shipping delays, please contact the carrier directly it were to happen. 

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Your order will unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged. To prevent your package from being stolen, you may request to have your package held at your local post office by contacting them directly if you won’t be at home at the time your package is delivered. 

 

All orders may  request a signature. As a security mesure on our end . 

 

We are not responsible for custom fees. It is your responsibility as a buyer to be informed on the customs fee from where you live. Also it might add extra days to your shipping time if your order is being inspected by them. 

 

Your order could be cancelled under those specifics therms:

  • The billing and the shipping adress don’t match

  • We have doubt on you being the Legal owner of the credit card and required some type of proof that you were the legal owner and you did not provided it. Or the proof were not valuable. 

 

You will be notice by email if any of those problems occurs and immediately refunded. 

 

LOCAL PICK UP

 

You many select the local pick up order option at checkout. Please allow 24 hours, following the processing time, to receive pick-up time slot. You have 14 days to select a time that suits you. Failure to select a time slot or pick up the order on time without notice/rescheduling will result in cancellation of your order and a 15% restocking fee. 

 

 

REFUND 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINALS. 

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are finals. 

 

Rawacosmetics has a NO REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY. There is a exchange possibility only if  you received the wrong package. (proof required)

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE 

 

Returns are not accepted. If you have an issue  with your order we will try our best to accommodate you, however,  there will be no money sent back to you or exchange/return accepted. There is a exchange possibility  only if  you received the wrong package. (proof required)

 

Order cancellation

 

Your order could be cancelled under those specifics therms:
